ink cartridges

I put in new ink cartridges, but i still get a message that they are low. The exclamation signal is always lit also....

Black ink is low and color cartridge is in incorrectly

The black ink cartridge is new and full and the color one is in correct as far as I can tell, how can I fix this problem, because my printer will not print anythng?...
