I have this printer connected to my computer. I can print but I do not know who to scan a document. Can somebody let me know....

faxing problem

I am no longer able to fax with the 926 AIO printer. It will 'retry' but fails. The modem diagnostic tool says it cannot detect the hardware and the driver might not be functioning properly. How do I fix this?...

printer cartridge

I replaced empty cartridges with dell cartridges but the printer does not recognize them, Will not work and flashes error "replace both cartridges" I even put back the old ones. Same message. Did shut the printer down and restarted still...

paper jam

Power button flashes with red check and says to clear paper jam; however there is no jam to be found, but ink cartridge thing is over to side and won't move. PLEASE help!...
